Vale Royal Borough Council's Local Land Charges Office maintains the Local Land Charges Register. This register shows any charges on a particular property that are binding on successive owners.
This service is used mostly by Solicitors acting for prospective purchasers of property.
We aim to carry out this service as quickly and efficiently as possible.
